My Story

You might be wondering how did I end up here? Yes here as a Life Coach!


Let’s go back where everything began, more or less about 4 years ago in my late twenties. I was sitting on my couch, sad, depressed and crying waiting to start another day of work in a restaurant, just another day!

I was thinking about my life, how it looks perfect on paper but in reality, I felt like I was trapped in my own life, everyday looked the same to me:

Wake up late morning, eat whatever I found in the fridge, get ready to go to work, survive another 12 hours, back home, eat again, and thinking “I made it through another day.

Or I’d be thinking “Just another day before holiday or a day off” but it was back to sleep and just waiting for another day to start again.

I lived my life in auto-pilot mode for a very long time. I told myself that I have to try to put a smile on my face just a little bit longer but inside I was screaming for help, I was desperate I felt like a failure and ungrateful about my life.

I had everything a nice house, a good position, good money, an amazing family, and a partner but deep down I was unhappy and I didn’t feel proud of myself.

I felt lost and scared and for 16 years of my life I used to work in restaurants, serving people and taking orders, I didn’t have any college certificate, I didn’t have any different experiences and I didn’t feel I was particularly smart.

This was my certainty.

I didn’t know what was outside of my comfort zone and I didn’t know where to look to be honest. I started to have constant panic attacks on the tube, crying all the time without a specific reason. I avoided crowded places, I didn’t feel comfortable talking with people, I just want to be alone and I just wanted to disappear.

One day my manager suggested a book for me to find my pathway. The book was “Start With Why” by Simon Sinek. From that moment I started to listen to podcasts, read more, watched motivational videos and I was listening to many life coach’s speeches.

I began to spend my time around different people and I really enjoyed it.

I didn’t know where I was going from there, it just felt the right thing to do for myself for my growth and I felt important somehow.

Till the day one of my friends told me that there was a free life coaching masterclass at Birkbeck University. I didn’t know what it was really about I just read ‘Hypnosis’ and I was genuinely intrigued by that plus my friend said that I will really love it so I trusted her!

I thought well maybe there will be something, maybe not, it’s free and at least I will learn something different.

The night before the event, I finished late at work and I don’t know why I checked the email just to know what was the masterclass about. The video made me laugh and I was a bit judgemental, I thought “Who’s this guy? And what is his story? He is weird!” (Sorry John LOL!) 

Something inside me was even more curious to know what was it about!

I didn’t know what to expect and surely I didn’t bring any expectations, however, that event changed my life forever and I will be eternally grateful for that!

I remember everything like it was yesterday, the room was big and mostly empty, and somehow I felt like I was in the right place, with the right people at the right moment!

I won’t tell you everything about that event otherwise my story will never end, what I can say is that I felt an incredible connection, the hypnosis was mind blowing and I ended up sat in that chair crying, I don’t know how to explain it but I felt strong and powerful.

From that moment forth I knew I wanted to serve people in a different way. I wanted to truly help them and I knew this journey will help me to find myself again.

I came to this event without expectations and with no intention to enroll, however, the second day when John said ”Raise your hand if you want to join the course?”

My hand went up without even noticing, for the first time someone believed in me for who I really was and it was one of the greatest moment ever. I thought my heart would explode because it was full of joy and gratitude!

Was I scared? Oh yes, I was!

Did I doubt myself and ask myself many questions? Absolutely! I had to rebuild myself over and over, I had let go of my beliefs and my fears.

Did I want to give up? Ooh yes and I spoke with John about it, my mind was just freaking out but I trusted him, I knew he wouldn’t let me down and I gave myself a chance to dream and believe again.

Do I still want to give up once in a while? Of course, life and business isn’t all rainbows and sunshine, you just keep going no matter what!

How am I supposed to help someone if I can’t even help myself?

I am a professional accredited Life Coach IAPC&M Certified Level 5, incorporate Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, and many other techniques...

I help stressed-out people, who believe there is more in life to transform their mindset, beliefs, and actions in order to create a life they truly love.

We will work together in a comfortable, safe environment to shift your issues and help you to move forward in life.


I use a whole range of therapeutic skills that will get you to your desired outcome. 

Using expert coaching skills I will help you to uncover those pieces of yourself that you miss. That inner part of you that houses your motivation, determination, strength and any other emotions you feel you lack. I will help you find and connect with your 'Masterpiece'. 

I also use NLP techniques, which are extremely effective in helping you to reprogramme your negative thoughts and I will teach you strategies to shift and maintain a positive mindset.

Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy. It utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This heightened state of awareness, is reached using skilled relaxation techniques. It allows the therapist to then make appropriate suggestions.  You are in control at all times and will choose what you wish to accept.
